Return Of Goods
All return for credit must be previously agreed in writing. All efforts should be taken to take reasonable care of goods before return is agreed.
Please contact our customer service department at email@example.com who will advise you of the correct procedures for all return items.
A restocking charge of 15% of the value of the goods may be charged. It will be the customer’s responsibility to return the goods at their expense within 10 working days from the invoice date. All returned goods must be in the original packaging, clean and unused.
Your right to return goods does not apply to goods made to your specification, that have been personalised or have been damaged.
