EMS Physio understands the needs and importance of having electrotherapy equipment that operates consistently, efficiently and effectively and has provided service and support across the UK since 1924. We operate a fully equipped team of service and test engineers based in strategic locations around the UK and also at our factory in Oxfordshire.
All EMS Physio products are designed, manufactured and tested in the UK, at our purpose-built factory in Oxfordshire. We offer an efficient service and repair option from within our factory and have a team of Field Service Engineers operating across the UK. Our Test and Service Engineers have more than 100 years of combined experience of EMS Physio products and backed up by an extensive range of spares and technical support, we are able to offer the most appropriate and cost-effective after-sales service.
EMS Physio takes great pride in our certification to ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 for the design, manufacture, test and service of electrotherapy devices. Few service providers can offer the same impressive credentials.
Our Service Engineers are all fully trained and will visit your premises equipped with all the knowledge and unique test and calibration equipment required to maintain your EMS Physio equipment. They also have full access to documentation, software and updates essential for your EMS Physio equipment.
Stocks of spares are held for all current products and also many older products. Current products are held in stock ready for same-day despatch, and a repair and exchange stock of older products is maintained for a temporary loan, to ensure that we can meet your needs.
We can offer a planned maintenance contract for single or multiple sites. Our Field Service Engineer will visit your premises at a mutually agreed time and date that is convenient for you. Alternatively, the equipment can be returned to our factory for service and repair. Turn around time is typically less than 4 working days and can be scheduled to meet your own particular needs. This option may be particularly cost-effective when the number of items is low.
All of our service quotations are inclusive of all travel and consumable parts. Minor repairs may be carried out at the time of the service for no additional cost. In the unlikely event that an item of equipment needs to be removed from the site for repair, a separate quote will be provided.
