EMS Physio Ltd Service team offer you the chance to purchase your first-year in-house annual factory service when you buy your Primo unit or other small devices from our website.

We operate a fully equipped team of service and test engineers based in strategic locations around the UK and also at our factory in Oxfordshire.

EMS Physio takes great pride in our certification to ISO 9001 & ISO 13485 for the design, manufacture, test, and service of electrotherapy devices. Few service providers can offer the same impressive credentials.

Description

Our Internal Service Engineer team will take receipt of your units and from their workstation, in the factory, they carry out the following:

  • Visual External and Internal Inspection in case of a need for spares or repairs which are quoted for separately
  • Functional Test looking for faults within the unit
  • Electrical Safety Test using a medical safety analyser
  • Calibration (if required)
  • Unit repackaged and returned via courier
  • Visual External and Internal Inspection in case of a need for spares or repairs which are quoted for separately. During the internal inspection, any units with fans usually collect dirt and debris, this is cleaned out and removed from the unit to extend the lifetime of the unit and prevent any damage internally.
  • Functional Test looking for faults within the unit. If a fault is found we will communicate our findings to you and quote for any repairs required.
  • Electrical Safety Test using a medical safety analyser.
  • Calibration (if required)
  • Unit repackaged and returned via courier

    Brenda was very efficient and arranged my in-house service for my Mk1 Primo unit. I sent my unit in and it was returned within 4 days and came back looking like new! I needed one small repair in addition to the service and the communication and pricing was honest and fair. Will use again next year- many thanks Tina Douglas
